Our goal is customer satisfaction. Therefore, Smart Geek Products will accept returns within 30 days of your date of purchase.
If you are requesting a refund or exchange, the product must be new and unused or defective. Refunds or exchanges will not be given when defects have been caused by the customer, including failure to follow instructions, product modification, or negligent or improper use.
If you want to return your MyBlueBoost, please send an email to Support@SmartGeekProducts.com and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Please include an explanation as to why you want to return the product.
Within 24 – 48 hours, a member of the support staff should email you with your RMA number or a request for further information.
After you have received your RMA number, pack the MyBlueBoost and all the accessories in the box you received from Smart Geek Products or a similar box, write the RMA number clearly on the outside with a permanent marker, and ship it to:

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do not accept freight collect packages on return.
We will refund or replace your item within 30 days.
We charge a 15% restocking fee when returns are due to customer error. If your return is due to our error, we will not charge any restocking fee.
